In-Home Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide high-quality care for seniors and individuals in need. You will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if needed
• Help with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed by physiotherapists
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor health conditions
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes in client condition

Requirements

• Nursing License
• IHCAE Certificate (Qualified Applicants will be contacted to write this exam)
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards seniors
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, typically covering daytime hours with occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs. Schedule will be agreed upon during the hiring process, with the possibility of flexible working hours.

Compensation

€2,200 - €2,800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
